What to Expect
First Session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll explore your early to current history and discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and answer any questions you may have. I'll also explain my approach and how we can work together.
Ongoing Therapy
As we continue our work together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I encourage open communication about what's working and what might need adjustment.
Progress & Goals
We'll regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and we'll work together to ensure you're getting the most benefit from our sessions.
